Sliding scale pricing is the differential pricing of products or services based on the consumer’s ability to pay, similar to taxes and everyone being able to access and enjoy public libraries! It allows us to serve a wider economic demographic of diners as we address accessibility.

The $35 price slightly covers a full service three course dining experience, labor, food & material cost, utilities, rent, insurance, and many other costs that are increasing weekly.
