This Saturday, March 30, from 3pm to 4:30pm, we will be having our first tsukemono workshop at Azay =)

We received fresh kasuzuke from @novabrewing and will be using beautiful produce from the farmer’s market. We’re thinking of cucumbers, carrots and daikon.

Each ticket includes instruction, a sample and a fun time!
