To mark the beginning of spring, we invite you to celebrate Hinamatsuri (Girl's Day) with a chirashi box featuring delightful ingredients from land and sea. This year we have prepared a traditional chirashi with an emphasis on seafood as well as a vegetarian offering.
For Girl's Day in Japan it is common practice to enjoy a side of clam soup as well, with the auspicious meaning of finding one's match in life, much like two sides of a clam shell. Please enjoy our clam soup as part of your day.
In the spirit of Girl’s Day, 10% of the profits will go towards the Malala Fund, an international non-profit organization that advocates for girls’ education.

From Chef Julia:
The chirashi sushi you enjoy at this time of year evokes spring, and all the life it brings. I had a lot of fun selecting and preparing the ingredients, and I hope to give you a taste of nature's best offerings.
