Nagashi Somen
Fold the parchment paper and fold it twice on the longest side.
Separate the green onion and pink & white kamaboko from the somen.
With the parchment paper folded twice (Creating a chute), gently pour water and gently drop the somen so that it slides down, allowing your partner to grab the somen.
Dip into the tsuyu, add green and tsukemono. Enjoy!
Tsukemono
Safely and with a knife, cut the cucumber (traditionally diagonal 1/4 inch thick).
Mix cucumber, salt, and ginger in plastic bag,.
Press air out of plastic bag and wait for 1 hour. Enjoy!
