The Tombi Trio has played together for productions and events at East West Players, JACCC, JAT, JANM, Nisei Week, Grateful Crane Ensemble, Visual Communications, & Keiro nursing and retirement homes.

Scott Nagatani (piano) is shown playing “Misako’s piano” in Hiroshima. He has musical directed/produced extensively in the JA community since the 1980’s. Gordon Bash is a bassist and music producer. His indie rock band, “Alice” has toured the world. Danny Yamamoto is a founding member of “Hiroshima” and “Kinnara Taiko”.

Memorial Day weekend is usually spent going to Evergreen Cemetery, Rose Hills, Inglewood and Nishi Hongwanji to pay our respects to our ancestors and loved ones who have passed before us aka Ohaka Mairi.

Come join us for jam session of food, music and community.
