New Years - Oshogatsu - Bonne Année

New Years is usually spent at Grandma and Grandpa Maehara’s house in Silver Lake but this year, we are bringing our favorites to Azay.

Stories and recipes are best shared in the kitchen and dining room table and we invite you all to our family’s gathering where we continue the customs of cooking the traditional Japanese New Years Osechi classics but also enjoy the authentic Japanese-American/Nikkei foods that originate here, outside of Japan.
