Setsubun marks the day before the first day of spring and we celebrate by throwing roasted soybeans at the demons/evil spirits and enjoying our Temaki Handroll Sets as you eat them in the lucky direction (south-south-east direction). Each set will have seven fillings, representing the Seven Deities of Good Fortune called Shichifukujin.
